Dealings with Worldwide Vacations fm Las Vegas?

Has anyone had any dealings with Worldwide Vacations out of Las Vegas? My 86-yr-old mom was talked into buying a "package" over the phone for travel coupons she was told would be good for 3 yrs. When she got the pkg, some coupons were already expired and some expire within a year. I'm just wondering the best way to get her out of this...
