I recently took an antique chair to this company to be re-upholstered. I was promised the chair on a specific date. Two weeks after that date had passed, I called the company & was told the chair would be done by another date (3 more weeks). After 3 weeks, I again called the company. They did not answer the phone or return any of the voice messages I left them asking about the status of my chair. Their voice recorder states they are with other customers, when in fact they are not even on the premises. Their sign in the window of the store says "Open", but the building is locked up and no one answers after repeated knocks.
I would not recommend this company to anyone needing upholstery or drapery in the San Luis Obispo area. They are not truthful. To date, I still do not have my property back.
